After 20+ Years in Software Sales, I made the decision to change careers and get into Real Estate. Many of the skills I acquired in Technology Sales have helped me excel in Real Estate. The technoloy expertise has been instrumental in providing my clients with maximum exposure on the internet, and my negotiation skills have helped many buyers and sellers achieve the best financial results.
I have continued to dedicate myself to becoming educated in all aspects of buying and selling real estate. I am an Accredited Staging Professional who strongly believes that staging homes for sale is what makes the difference in selling fast and for the best price. I also achieved the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative so that I may better protect my clients when they purchase a home. And received my Certified Residential Specialist and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, both of which require certain transcation levels to attain. I have recently received a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation so I may better help my clients who find themselves having to make some tough decisions.
And after 6+ years, I still love the real estate business and enjoy helping people fulfill their dreams. I have been helping families with their real estate needs since 2002. I have been involved in over $50 Million in transactions, and have earned numerous awards and designations.
